NORTHAM TOWN TEAM

The Northam Town Team was created in 2019 after a couple of Northam locals bumped into each other at the Town Team Movement Conference in 2018. After a slow start the Northam Town Team attended the DOWERIN DO-OVER and since then completed a Railway mural in Elizabeth Place,  hosted the inaugural Northam Zoo, created the Northam Town team pop-up library at the Northam Aquatic Centre and there's much more coming.

More details on projects can be found on our Projects and Activities page, but if you have an idea for the Northam Town Team or want to get involved in one of the many projects we have running or have lined up waiting to start, please get in touch via our Contact page

The Northam Town Team is just 1 of more than 148 local Town Teams with hundreds of people part of the movement across Australia, plus in New Zealand and United Kingdom.

The Town Team approach is inclusive. It is open to businesses, landowners, residents and anyone else who wants to improve their place. We could go on but these great graphics from the Town Team Movement demonstrate the benefits of becoming part of Town Teams.
